Ten years on — and why I do this
I guide people back to themselves — because I found the way back to myself.
There was a version of me that felt highly anxious, slept twelve hours a day, and escaped his body, emotions and mind through junk food and screens. He didn't have much hope for the future.
What actually moved the needle wasn't a ten-step plan. It was simple practices — breath, movement, real food, connection — done quietly, properly, over time. I teach what I wish someone had handed me back then.

Awaken
Awakening to what's actually present — what your body, breath, and nervous system are doing right now, underneath the noise. We notice before we try to fix anything.
Restore
Regulation. Restoring balance in the body and the breath so the system feels safe enough to settle. Functional breathing often returns on its own once that safety is in place; sometimes a mechanical piece needs direct attention too.
Create
From a regulated, stable foundation, we build. Clearer thinking, steadier energy, a daily practice you keep — a life you're actually creating, not just surviving.
Mechanics alone don't relieve stress or anxiety. The shift comes from awakening to what's there, regulating the system underneath it, then building from that steadier ground. Delivered as a bespoke one-to-one programme.
