Six 1:1 sessions, one every fortnight across three months. A daily practice built around you, and direct access to me throughout. Built around the ARC Method — Awaken, Restore, Create.

Real nervous-system regulation takes months, not weeks. Twelve weeks gives the work time to actually land between sessions — that's where the change happens.

£80 per session — that's £90 less than booking six 1:1 Breathwork Coaching sessions one at a time (£570). The container is the better value if you're ready to go all in.

Calming Breathwork Session.

60 minutes·£50·Google Meet

A simple reset, no real commitment. Slow your breath to five or six cycles per minute and the nervous system tends to follow — the most evidence-backed technique I know, used as a standalone hour to take the edge off.

Good when you want relief in the moment, without signing up for anything ongoing.

What you'll walk away with

  • · A 5-minute pattern you can use any time stress spikes.
  • · Better sleep that night for most people.

What to expect

  • First 10 min — a short check-in. Sleep, stress, what's been pulling at you this week.
  • Next 35–40 min — guided coherent breathing. Slow, paced inhales and exhales held by a gentle audio cue. You can sit or lie down.
  • Final 10–15 min — we talk about what shifted, and I'll send you a short pattern you can use anytime stress spikes during the week.

The Deep Session.

90 minutes·£100·Google Meet

A standalone ritual. Continuous, circular breathing with no pause, held by music, guided by me. People come to move what's stuck, or to feel alive in their body again. What arrives is different every time.

Best if you already have some kind of practice — breathwork, meditation, somatic work, therapy. Brand new? 1:1 Breathwork Coaching or the ARC Programme is a steadier doorway into deeper work.

What you'll walk away with

  • · Release of something you've been carrying — emotional, physical, or both.
  • · A clearer head and a softer body for days after.
  • · A felt sense of being back in yourself.

What to expect

  • First 15 min — we talk. What's present, what you're carrying in, anything that wants naming before we begin.
  • Middle of the session — you lie down, eyes closed, headphones on. I guide you into the continuous circular breath, held by a curated music journey.
  • Final 15–20 min — integration. We land slowly, talk through what came up, and shape one small thing for you to take into the week.

Good to know

  • · Wear something loose. Lie somewhere you won't be interrupted.
  • · Headphones essential. Decent ones if you have them.
  • · Not recommended if you're pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, or are in acute psychiatric care.
