Awaken

Awakening to what's actually present. What your body is holding, where the breath has gone, what the nervous system is doing under the surface. We don't try to fix anything yet — we get honest about what's there. For most people this is the first time they've actually looked.

Restore

Regulation. Restoring balance in the body and the breath so the system feels safe enough to settle. Functional breathing usually returns on its own once that safety is in place; sometimes a mechanical pattern needs direct attention too. Either way, this is the stage where stress and anxiety stop running the show.

From a regulated, stable foundation, we build. A daily practice you keep, clearer thinking, steadier energy — a life you're actually creating from, not one you're bracing against.

A conversation first

We start with what's actually going on, what's pulling against you, and what you're hoping to feel on the other side. From there I build a daily breathwork practice around you specifically. Not a template. Yours.

Sessions that follow you

Over six sessions we meet roughly every two weeks. Sometimes we breathe for most of the hour. Sometimes we talk. The ARC framework keeps us grounded — awakening to what's present, restoring regulation in the body and breath, then creating from that steadier foundation — but how we move through it follows what's actually alive for you that week. The breath is the anchor: the most direct, science-backed pathway into the nervous system that exists.

Practice between

Between sessions you'll have simple presence tasks. Small things that bring the work into your actual life — the morning, the commute, the moments that usually pass unnoticed. This is where the real shift happens. Not on the call. In the ordinary moments you start actually inhabiting.

We track as we go. Sleep, energy, stress, how alive you feel day to day. So the progress isn't just felt — it's visible.

What a session actually looks like

One hour. All yours.

You join from wherever you are — a quiet room, headphones on, somewhere you can lie down or sit comfortably. We meet over Google Meet for 60 minutes.

First 10 min

We check in. What's been alive this week — sleep, energy, stress, what's pulling. No script. Whatever's actually present.

Next 35–40 min

A breathing session — activating, calming, or building your practice — guided by what you need that day. You stay in your body the whole time.

Last 10 min

We land. Talk through what came up, what shifted. You leave with the practice for the week ahead — short enough that you'll actually do it.

Can I start with a single session instead?+

Yes. The Deep Session is a one-off 90-min 1:1 — a good way to feel the work before committing to the full programme. Many people start there and move into the ARC programme when they're ready.

I've never done breathwork before. Is that a problem?+

Not at all — most people I work with haven't. There's nothing to prepare, nothing to know. The whole point is that I teach it to you from the ground up, in your body, at your pace.

How is this different from Wim Hof or a breathwork class?+

Group classes and intensity-based methods can be powerful, but they're built for the room, not for you. This is one-to-one — the practice is shaped around your nervous system, your week, your life. The work is quieter and more sustainable, and it actually moves with you.

Why £480? What am I actually paying for?+

Six private sessions, a daily practice that's built from scratch for you, presence tasks between sessions, and direct access to me across twelve weeks. That works out to £80 per session — meaningfully better value than booking ad-hoc 1:1 Breathwork Coaching sessions at £95 each (a £90 saving over the full programme). You're paying for a practice you'll keep, not a one-off experience.

Sessions are over Google Meet — does that really work?+

Yes. Most people find online actually deepens it — you're in your own space, your own bed or chair, no commute either side. The breath does the work. I'm just there to guide it.

How does payment work?+

The full programme fee of £480 is paid upfront before we begin. This secures your place and the full twelve-week commitment. There are no refunds, but your sessions are booked fluidly — we schedule them together as we go, with freedom to move dates if life shifts. What matters is that we complete six sessions within the twelve-week window.

What if I can't commit to every two weeks?+

The roughly fortnightly rhythm is a guide, not a rule. We book sessions fluidly — if you need to shift a week, we shift. What matters is that we complete six sessions within the twelve-week window, at a pace that actually works for your life.
