Who this is for

Do I need experience?

None. Day 1 is literally about showing up before you're ready. If you can sit down and breathe through your nose, you can do this.

What if it doesn't land for me?

Email me within 14 days and I'll refund you, no questions. I'd rather you spent £30 somewhere else than feel stuck with something that didn't help.

How long does each day take?

Between six and fifteen minutes of practice, plus a short reading and a one-question reflection. The whole programme fits in a week of mornings.

Does this lead to working with you 1:1?

It can. Day 7 is an invitation into the twelve-week ARC programme for people who want to go further. No pressure — plenty of people just keep doing their daily practice and that alone changes the way they live.
